If the other Life Insurance policies of all the Principal Residents are paid prior to June 29, 2015, the Principal Residence will not have Lifetime Insurance Coverage of the Principal Residence and will have a maximum Principal Residence exclusion of 150,000. As of December 31, 2011, Downstream Exchanges Company had 5,731,943 in Principal Residence Exclusion. The principal residence exclusion is not cumulative because the 250,000 lifetime exclusion is applied for each Principal Residence purchased or acquired. The Principal Residence Exclusion does not apply in cases where the Principal Residence is sold or if the property or rights to property used are donated. As of December 31, 2011, Downstream Exchanges Company had 1,973,823 in Principal Residence Exclusion.
